The sunflower wallpaper that has haunted me since we moved in, is coming down!
Beside, the ripping is so fun! The kids can help! And since it's a small bathroom there is a slight chance that I will actually get around to repainting it before summer! Maybe even before the road trip!
I am officially taking suggestions on paint colors and styles. Here are my requirements:
- The tile floor - I like, the color in the picture is pretty close to the actual color, so the paint must coordinate somehow.
- It is a very small bathroom - so no black.

In my case, I'm dealing with 1950s tile -- peach and mint green.
Not sure exactly how I'm going to handle that.
As for yours -- is the floor a greenish shade or more of a slate?

Hmm, can't tell either, but the floor looks mostly gray to me... I'm thinking depending on your fixtures you should go totally mod. Paint the walls either white with black trim (lines, accents?) or a really bright complementary color like sunshine yellow - also with some black trim. You don't have to do much with the black to make it stand out! Have fun and don't forget to turn the fan on while painting... (not speaking from experience or anything!)
I was thinking the floor looked kind of greenish-tinted, so maybe a light sage on the walls, or a beige? Something neutral and soothing, since its a small space.
We are getting ready to paint my bedroom FINALLY because it looks like a hospital room with all white walls, cream carpet, blah blah blah. I need color!!!
I seem to see the flor as green as well, I'd go with cream or ecrue walls and a pinkish trim, maybe like a salmon.
Terra cotta? (did I spell that wrong? Eh, you know what I mean.) Honestly, I'd need to consult my Pottery Barn magazines before I can color coordinate walls and floors.
Yay for ripping wallpaper! Nothing like paint to make a room.
No clue on paint ideas, but that wall paper is CLASSY!
